• Per USCG regulations, maximum 6 passengers. NO exceptions!
• Full-day charter is 8 hours. 
• All boats come with captain and insurance is included.
• Pick-up time is up to you and the charter begins at the time stated in the signed Charter Agreement.
• For day charters fuel is included for idle/trolling speed around local areas. For high speed cruising fuel is charged extra.
• 100% drug free/smoke free boat; some boats may allow cigarette smoking in designated areas at the captain's discretion.
• We love animals and would feel terrible if they get seasick, so as a general rule, no pets allowed.
• You must be 21 years or older to book.
• Photo ID and credit card required at pickup. If you are foreign you must travel with your passport.
• For multi-day charters, a standard 30% APA is collected to cover expenses during your charter including fuel, docking fees, food & beverage. 
• Gratuity (15%) is collected at time of payment on all day charters; additional gratuity can be given in cash at the end of a day charter. 
• No gratuity is collected for term (overnight) charters and must be paid at the end of charter in cash or on the credit card on file. Industry Standard is 15-20%.  
• APA funds: if there is any money left over after your charter, you can apply remaining funds towards crew gratuity or funds can be returned to you.

This Riva 76’ is a unique dual soul vessel that offers a one of a kind experience. Her retractable roof gives guests the choice  between an open or coupé experience. M/Y Not Yet‘s design parallels that of the Caribbean island where guests can explore various lounging areas without losing sight of the ocean. Washington, DC, the capital of the United States, was founded after the American Revolution as the homeplace for the newly established government and named after one of the Founding Fathers and first president of the US, George Washington. It sits along a part of the Potomac River and is defined by its imposing neoclassical monuments and buildings – such as the Capitol, White House and Supreme Court. 

Washington is also home to iconic museums and performing venues such as the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Board your yacht at Washington Harbour to begin your cruise through this scenic city. Located on the banks of the Potomac River, you will surely cruise by this Washington icon as you explore the river. This building is one of the largest and most prominent in the nation's capital. Washington DC may be considered one of the most scenic cities in the nation and many of the best views of the city are seen as you cruise the Potomac River. Make your way around the Little Island and begin sailing down the river, under the Arlington Memorial Bridge, and past the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument. These are two of the most iconic national landmarks in the nation's capital and the view from the river is arguably one of the best in the city.

Continuing your cruise making your way to the Capital Yacht Club, you will pass by other landmarks such as The White House, The Pentagon, and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
